IN-SERVICE APPARATUS

 

Incident Command Vehicle commonly known as a chief's truck.  It's a 2019 Chevy Tahoe equipped with multiple radios to allow communication  to various police, fire, and EMS services during an emergency situation.


Engine 1 is a 2020 Pierce Enforcer. This truck is considered to be the work horse of our fleet because it is first due to most calls. This truck is equipped with a 1500 gallon per minute pump with CAFS capabilities and a 1000-gallon water tank. 


Engine 2 is a 2004 E-One Typhoon. It is equipped with a 2000 gallon per minute pump, a 1000-gallon water tank and 45 gallons of firefighting foam. This foam can be utilized in events such as flammable liquid fires and automobile fires. Engine 2 is equipped to be autonomous at the initial stages of most incidents, including being equipped with the jaws of life for car accidents.


Engine 4 is a 1997 E-One equipped with a 1250 gallon per minute pump, a 750-gallon water tank and 50 gallons of firefighting foam for events such as car fires and flammable liquid fires.


Tower 9 is a 2022 Pierce 100’ Mid Mount Ascendant with a 2000 GPM pump. 

 


Rescue 5 is a 2015 Pierce heavy rescue equipped to deal with many types of emergencies including, motor vehicle accidents, technical rescue, hazardous materials incidents, fire scene support and elevator emergencies.While this truck serves many roles in in terms of resuce and support, it is also equipped to function as a vehicle for our Rapid Intervention Crew(RIC) who respond to calls for trapped, lost or injured firemen any where in the surrounding area


Tender 7 is a 2019 Peterbilt chassis with a Pierce body. This truck is equipped with a 500 gallon per minute pump and a 4500-gallon water tank. Not having a large number of hydrants in the municipalities we serve; it is imperative to bring more water to these incidents for sustained fire suppression efforts.


Utility 2 is a 1997 Ford F-350 Utility/Brush truck with a 300 gallon per minute pump and a 250 Gallon water tank. This truck is equipped to handle brush fires.


Support 1 is a 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty pick-up truck with a 5-crew member capacity  and covered bed. This truck is used for many fire company functions including incident command, personnel, and equipment transport.


Support 2 is 2021 Honda Pioneer 1000 UTV with four person cab equipped for off road search and rescue
